EliteWarriorFitness™ is operated by Michael Southern Sr. in Atwater, California, United States. This policy explains our handling of information connected with our public website at elitewarriorfitness.com and its hosted website address, contact inquiries, orders placed through our checkout links, and related customer communications.
It describes this website’s current practices. Any separate service with additional assessment, tracking, or other data collection should be reviewed using the privacy information supplied with that service.

02Information you provide
- Contact inquiries: your name, email address, selected fitness goal, optional message, and confirmation that we may contact you about the inquiry.
- Customer communications: information you choose to send by email or during follow-up about your inquiry, order, or coaching service.
- Purchase information: information Stripe makes available to us as the merchant, which may include your name, email, billing details, purchased product, amount, date, payment status, and limited payment-method details.
Your selected goal or message may reveal fitness or health-related information. Keep contact-form messages general. Do not include medical records, detailed health histories, government identifiers, or payment card details in this form.
Stripe collects payment details on its own checkout page. This website does not store full card numbers or card security codes in the coaching inquiry inbox.
03Technical and inquiry records
When you submit an inquiry, the site records a submission identifier, the date and time, your contact permission, and whether the inquiry has been reviewed. It also stores a coded identifier derived from network information to help prevent spam. The identifier changes by day; the original network address is not stored as a field in the coaching inbox.
Our hosting, security, and payment providers may receive technical information needed to operate their services, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, and pages requested. Their service logs are separate from the inquiry records described above.
If you use the ChatGPT sign-in option for the restricted coach area, the hosting service can supply an account identifier, email address, and name to verify access. Public browsing and submitting an inquiry do not require a customer account.
04How we use information
We use information to respond to your questions, discuss suitable coaching options, arrange and support purchased services, resolve payment or access issues, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Sending an inquiry authorizes a response about that inquiry. It does not sign you up for a newsletter, automatically enroll you in coaching, or authorize unrelated promotional messages. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up at any time.
07How long information is kept
We retain information while it is reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, manage customer relationships, provide services, handle disputes, keep required business records, or meet legal obligations.
The website does not automatically delete inquiries on a fixed schedule. An inquiry remains in the private inbox until removed by the coach. You may request deletion by email. Information needed for an active matter or legal obligation may need to be retained longer, and provider logs or backups may follow separate retention schedules.
Payment records held by Stripe are subject to its own obligations and retention practices. Deleting a website inquiry does not automatically delete a payment transaction or separate email correspondence.
08Your choices and privacy requests
You may email coaching@elitewarriorfitness.com to ask about the information we hold about you, request a copy or correction, request deletion, or withdraw permission for optional coaching follow-up. Use the email associated with your inquiry or purchase where possible and describe what you would like us to do.
We may need reasonable information to verify that a request concerns your own records. Please do not send identity documents or complete payment details unless we have agreed on an appropriate method. We will consider requests and respond as required by applicable law, explaining any legal reason that prevents us from fulfilling a request.
Depending on your location and the law that applies to the business and information involved, you may have additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or a complaint to a privacy regulator. We do not require you to waive those rights, and we will not penalize you for making a lawful privacy request.
09Security and processing locations
We use HTTPS, restricted access to the coach inbox, and safeguards against abusive submissions. No website, email system, or storage service can guarantee complete security. Please share only the information needed for your inquiry.
Our business is based in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable legal protections and provider arrangements govern those transfers; contact us if you have questions about the handling of your information.
10Children’s information
Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps to remove it.
11Policy updates and contact
Updates to this policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or request consent when required by law. We will not treat a policy update alone as permission for a new use that requires your consent.
