EliteWarriorFitness™ is operated by Michael Southern Sr., based in Atwater, California, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to EliteWarriorFitness.
These terms govern use of our public website at elitewarriorfitness.com and its hosted website address, and our training programs and coaching offers. Please read them before purchasing. Offer details disclosed before payment and any separate written coaching agreement also apply. A specific written agreement controls the service details it expressly addresses, subject to applicable law.
Questions can be sent to coaching@elitewarriorfitness.com. Submitting a contact form does not make a purchase, reserve a coaching appointment, or establish a coaching relationship.
02Eligibility and your information
Our programs and coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Much of our programming is designed for busy men over 40, but age alone does not determine whether a particular program is suitable for you.
Provide accurate contact and purchase information, use only a payment method you are authorized to use, and tell your coach about relevant training limitations through an appropriate private communication channel. Do not send payment card details or medical records through the website contact form.
03Programs and coaching
Your purchase includes the specific program, collection, or coaching service described in the offer at the time of purchase. Review the program duration, included materials, delivery arrangements, and any coaching support before paying. Ask us if a detail is unclear.
A training-program purchase does not include private coaching, ongoing messaging, app access, or additional products unless the offer expressly includes them. Coaching schedules, communication arrangements, and individualized support are determined by the offer or your separate coaching agreement.
Program materials and recommendations may be updated to improve clarity or usefulness. Changes will not remove a paid entitlement or materially reduce an agreed service without an appropriate resolution.
04Fitness and health guidance
Our materials and coaching provide general fitness education and exercise guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or medical nutrition therapy, and they do not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Exercise carries risks, including injury. Consider your current health, experience, equipment, and environment before starting. Obtain medical guidance when your health circumstances or a pre-exercise screening indicate it is needed, and follow any restrictions given by your healthcare professional.
Use appropriate technique and manageable training loads. Stop an activity if it causes pain or unusual symptoms and seek appropriate help. Our website, email, and coaching communications are not emergency services.
05Individual results
Results vary with starting point, consistency, recovery, nutrition, health, and other circumstances. We do not guarantee a particular change in body weight, muscle mass, strength, appearance, or conditioning within a set period.
Program descriptions communicate training goals, not promised outcomes. A program is not a guarantee of injury prevention or recovery.
06Orders, payment, and delivery
Purchase buttons open checkout hosted by Stripe. Before confirming payment, review the product, total price, currency, any applicable taxes, and any billing frequency shown. The payment amount and offer details presented for your purchase apply to that order.
Stripe and any payment method you choose have their own terms and privacy practices. EliteWarriorFitness does not collect your full payment card number or card security code through this website’s contact form.
Program access and coaching delivery follow the arrangements stated in the offer or agreed with you in writing. If you have paid but have not received the expected access or instructions, contact coaching@elitewarriorfitness.com with your order reference and purchase date. Do not email complete card information.
Changes to prices or future offers do not change an order already accepted. Any recurring billing must be disclosed before purchase; its cancellation terms are those provided with that offer and required by law.
07Refunds and cancellation
All digital product sales are final. Digital training programs, downloads, and program bundles are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Please review the product description and ask any questions before purchasing.
For a duplicate charge, missing files, access problem, or other purchase concern, email coaching@elitewarriorfitness.com. Include the purchaser’s name, purchase email, order reference if available, and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests for coaching services are reviewed using the offer-specific terms disclosed before purchase, any separate written agreement, the services already supplied, and applicable law. Ask about cancellation or rescheduling before buying if the coaching offer does not explain it.
Any statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain available. These terms do not retroactively change the agreed terms of an earlier purchase.
08Personal use of materials
Unless a particular offer gives broader permission, purchased training materials are licensed for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may use and keep the copies made available to you for that purpose.
Do not resell, publicly distribute, publish, or use our materials to operate a competing coaching service without written permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Our name, branding, original text, and program materials remain the property of their respective owners.
09Website use and privacy
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access private coach records or systems without authorization.
We may restrict abusive or unauthorized website use. Any action affecting an existing paid service remains subject to the applicable purchase agreement and your legal rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how website inquiries, purchase information, and related communications are handled. External websites linked from this site operate under their own policies.
10Availability and legal rights
We aim to keep website information accurate and the service available, but errors and interruptions can occur. Contact us about an error, inaccessible purchase, or service problem so it can be addressed. General website availability does not replace any delivery commitment made for a paid service.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional implied warranties for free website information beyond those required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
California law governs these terms to the extent applicable, without removing mandatory protections available under the law where you live. You may contact us to try to resolve a concern informally; this does not prevent you from using legal remedies available to you.
11Updates and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not automatically alter the agreed terms of an existing purchase. Additional notice or agreement will be provided when required by law.
